Insulated Duct Board Fabrication (DIY DuctWork System)
We offer a complete fiber duct board fabrication service. Our state of the art duct board machine is capable of grooving 1” (R-4), 1-1/2” (R-6) and 2” (R-8) duct board. Our services include groove only, groove and assembly, fittings, plenums, offsets and transitions for custom duct, standard size and mini-duct systems.
Our "DIY DuctWork System" has up to an R8 insulation value. It reduces noise transmission, has minimal air leakage, eliminates condensation, it is very very easy to install and is ideal for the do-it-yourselfer.
We design, fabricate and ship out complete duct systems for do it yourselfers all over the U.S. The duct is very light weight and we custom build it to fit any application and it put together here on site and shipped out ready to install or we can ship it flat and you can put it together on the job site. This product is very do it yourself friendly and requires very few tools to install.
With our state of the art machine and equipment, we can fabricate R4, R6 and R8 insulated ductwork. We can also fabricate fitting, elbows transitions, etc.
